This scholarship is intended to encourage students who pursue LGBTQ+ Studies. It is generously provided by David A Kaplan and Glenn A Ostergaard, the Brautigam/Kaplan Foundation.
Applications due: April 12, 2021, 11:59 p.m.
- A UW-Madison undergraduate and
- Declared in the LGBTQ+ Studies certificate program.
Application: Please submit application materials via the Wisconsin Scholarship Hub (WiSH).
The application should include the following:
- A brief essay (maximum 300 words) on an experience, insight, or class that has been particularly meaningful to you within the LGBTQ+ Studies Certificate program.
- A resumé
- Complete transcript from UW-Madison (unofficial transcripts accepted)
Award: The scholarship will provide $1,000, which will be awarded by the end of the Spring semester.
